　　本機主要針對口服液、安瓿、西林瓶制劑外壁表面的藥漬、灰塵、水等需清除的殘留附著物，自動用水、氣、熱風，完成其清洗潔凈、除濕干燥的高速處理。

　　經本機外表凈化、干燥后的制劑，既能快速滿足燈檢、貼標等后續生產工藝要求，還能大幅提高生產效率，提升藥品外觀形象質量。

The machine is mainly used to clean the medicine stains, dust, water and other residual attachments on the outer wall surface of oral liquid, ampoule and vials. Automatically use water, gas and hot air to complete the high-speed processing of cleaning, dehumidification and drying.

工作原理　Work Principle

　　本機以螺桿分瓶、撥輪組走瓶、多方位設置清洗噴頭，以及全面烘干的結構設計，將待洗藥瓶從進瓶緩存網帶上逐個送至水、壓縮空氣、熱風烘干等工作位置，使藥瓶外壁、底部，依次自動完成加溫加壓循環水清洗、清洗水清洗、兩次潔凈壓縮空氣干燥、全方位熱風烘干，最后出瓶的過程，實現了藥瓶外壁凈化干燥的功能設計。

With the structural design of separating bottle screw, moving bottle wheel, multi-directional cleaning nozzle and completely drying. The machine sends the uncleaned medicine bottles from the infeed buffer mesh belt to the working positions of water, compressed air and hot air drying one by one, so that the outer wall and bottom of the medicine bottles can automatically complete the heating and pressurizing circulating water cleaning, cleaning water to clean, twice clean compressed air drying, all-round hot air drying and finally out of the bottle which realizes the functional design of purification and drying of the bottle outer wall.
