主要用途　Main Application

　　主要用于透明或半透明安瓿水針劑容器內(nèi)的可見異物(玻璃屑、金屬屑、纖維、毛發(fā)、白點、白塊等)、液體裝量的自動檢測。

　　適用安瓿、西林瓶水針劑1ml、2ml、5ml、10ml、20ml等多規(guī)格劑型燈檢工序。

It is mainly used for the automatic detection of visible foreign objects (glass chips, metal chips, fibers, hair, white spots, white blocks, etc.), appearance defects (capping and sealing), and liquid content in transparent or translucent ampoule injection container.

It is applicable to the inspection process of 1ml, 2ml, 5ml, 10ml and 20ml ampoules, vials injections.

工作原理　Work Principle

　　利用機器視覺原理對安瓿水針劑的可見異物、液位進行識別檢測。

　　可見異物檢測：被檢測產(chǎn)品在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)時被制動靜止，工業(yè)相機連續(xù)拍照獲取多幅圖像，經(jīng)過計算機系統(tǒng)分析比較，判斷被檢測產(chǎn)品是否合格，并自動區(qū)分合格品與不合格品。

　　液位檢測：對安瓿裝量進行圖像識別，并與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝量模型進行比對，自動區(qū)分合格與不合格品。

The visible foreign matter and liquid level of ampoule injection were identified and detected by using the principle of machine vision.

Visible foreign body detection: The product being tested brake stationary when it is rotating at a high speed. The industrial camera continuously takes pictures to obtain multiple images. After the computer system analyzes and compares, it judges whether the tested product is qualified, and automatically distinguishes qualified and unqualified products.

Liquid level detection: image recognition is carried out for ampoule filling capacity, and compared with the standard filling capacity model to automatically distinguish qualified and unqualified products.

工作流程　Work process

待檢品→進瓶→光電檢測區(qū)→旋瓶→剎車→拍照→可見異物、液位檢測→分瓶器根據(jù)軟件指令區(qū)分的合格品、不合格品→合格品與不合格品分別出瓶。
